With the increase of more and and more Portal Services, Telcos and eGovernments are under pressure to respond with not only single sign on, but single registrations for services bundles.
In light of this, NetComm, via our work with UK Telcos, has developed a platform for Services Provisioning. This software integrates with User Registration processes on the Portal side, and takes submitted user data, such as Unique username, address, Mobile Number (MSISDN) and connects to back end services platforms, via its Object based Agent technology. It then automatially Provisions each platform with the required data to enable the new or returning customer to access services he or she has subscribed to.

The Central Messaging bus reliably queues each provisioning message, so that should any services platform be down for any reason, the provisioning message is stored until the platform returns to service, at which time the PSP (Portal Services Provisioner) will dequeue the services request and automatically provision the required user data.
