If you are reading this then you have made the right first step. Many organisations simply fail to take stock of their projects once they have finished to assess how well (or badly) they performed. We can provide a rigorous and independent process to ensure you have a sound footing for future endeavours.

In the main, we base our Post-Implementation Review (PIR) service upon the same systematic and rigorous process we use for our Assurance and Health Check - but we apply the tests retrospectively!
During the PIR we validate the fitness-for-purpose of your:

skills

techniques (e.g. estimating, analysis, design)
At the end of the process we deliver you a report that is unbiased and comprehensive that illustrates the successes and the shortfalls and failings. For the latter, we will recommend corrective actions.
